Shipping
Local Orders
- All orders will be shipped via Singapore Post with tracking number.
- If you would like to use other courier services, please email us for a price quotation.
- A notification will be sent to you via email once item is out.
- LOH will not be liable for any lost parcels.
- Kindly ensure the correct address is provided, as LOH is not liable for parcels shipped to the wrong address.
- If mail is returned to LOH due to the wrong address given by the buyer or non-collection within the allocated time, there will be an administrative charge of $2.50 for repackaging and postage.
- All orders will be shipped within 2 working days once confirmation of payment has been made.
- A notification will be sent to you via email once item is out.
Overseas Orders
- For overseas orders it will be send via Singapore Post with tracking number according to the total weight. Below table is the shipping rates for reference.
- Kindly drop us an email if your orders are weighs more than 1.8kg we will revert within 1-2 working days on the best shipping rates.
